Refund policy

Return Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of the purchase date.

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.

  • Discounted items are not eligible for return.

  • To initiate a return, please email us at info@carversage.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). This number must be included with your return package.

Return Process:

  1. Request Authorization: Contact our customer service at info@carversage.com or call +1 (603) 525-7769 to request a Return Authorization Number.

  2. Prepare Your Package: Include the item(s) you wish to return along with the Return Authorization Number in your package.

  3. Shipping: Ship the return package to the following address: CarverSage

    Please note, customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.

  4. Processing Time: Once we receive your return, it will take 10-15 business days to process. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed, along with an updated tracking number if applicable.

Refunds and Exchanges:

  • Upon approval, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

  • If you prefer an exchange, we will arrange for the replacement of the item once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Restocking Fee:

  • A fixed restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from the refund amount.

Additional Guidelines:

  • CarverSage is not responsible for any items that are returned without a valid Return Authorization Number.

  • Ensure that the return package is well-protected to avoid damage during transit, as we cannot accept damaged items for return.
